Sandi Brown LCSW, ASDCS, CCTPII

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Garland School of Social Work at Baylor University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Barton College in North Carolina. I have over 20 years of experience working with children and families in culturally diverse communities.

I have extensive experience helping clients with complex needs, neurological disorders and high-risk behaviors. I utilize a child-centered, trauma-informed approach, meeting kids where they are in their journey in life. I use this as a way to explore their strengths, make a connection, and incorporate their natural abilities in their journey of growth and healing.

I am a wife and the mother of a fun-loving, twice exceptional tween. I was raised in a small farming community in Eastern North Carolina, made the journey to Los Angeles, where I experienced much of my adult life, and now landed here in North Austin. I love caring for animals, arts & crafts and cake decorating. I would be honored to explore how I can help your child and your family.

I am a licensed social worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Utah and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. Over the past 20 years, I’ve been actively engaged with various teen and children organizations. This direct engagement has allowed me to gain invaluable insights into the unique challenges and needs of youth. As a therapist, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, I offer specialized support to parents who seek guidance as to how to best support their child’s emotional development and manage everyday parenting challenges.

I'm passionate about empowering children, teens, and parents to gain the skills to improve their overall well being. Leah Williams LPC-A Supervised by Karen Jones LPC-S

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the supervision of Karen Jones, LPC-S. I have a deep passion for supporting children and families, especially those navigating the unique challenges of neurodiversity and complex needs.

My educational journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Excelsior University and continued with a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Angelo State University. Still, I believe my most valuable education has come from real-life experiences. I’ve worked as a teacher in both general and special education, coached youth athletics, served in social services, and parented a young man with significant special needs. These roles have profoundly shaped the way I connect with children and families. I understand the importance of meeting each child where they are, honoring their individuality, and helping them build the tools they need to thrive—emotionally, socially, and academically. My counseling approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each child’s unique story. I believe every child deserves to be seen, heard, and understood—not only through the lens of their challenges but through the strengths and potential they carry.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two young adult sons. We love spending time outdoors—hiking, exploring, and cheering on our favorite sports teams.
